Warranties, returns and refunds : :
Defected or damaged Item's must be returned within 14 days of the receipt. You must contact us within 72 hours after receipt of your item, if the item does not function properly or defected in anyway we will replace it or issue a full or partial refund, depending on the situation.
Description typo/Errors : :
If you somehow not fully satisfied with merchandise that you purchased, simply return it back to us within the stated time frame for a refund. All items must be it unused condition and in original packaging to qualify for refund. There is a 20% restocking free, or 25% restocking fee for items offered with Free Shipping PLUS the costs of Original shipping. Buyers are obligated to pay all of the return shipping charges.
Please note that we do not accept returns for the items of personal, skin & body care use such as cosmetic products; lotions; soaps; creams; shampoos etc. as well as potty training items. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on this item
All items we sell are covered by manufactory warranty, so you can be sure that you are buying genuine merchandise.
If you receive an item that does not work, our return policy is as follows:
Shipping is never refundable.
You must notify us within 72 hours of receipt that item, does not function as described.
You must return the item to us. You are responsible for return shipping charges.
The returned item must include all accessories and must be in the same condition as it was when we shipped it.
All returned products which are out of warranty, including wrong item, over warranty period, physical damage, will be refused and back to sender.
An RMA# (Returned Merchandise Authorization number) must be obtained before the product is returned.
After a receipt of a returned item we will confirm that the item does not work as advertised and that all parts/accessories have been returned. At our sole discretion, we will issue a refund, exchange the unit, or issue a store credit.
